KT DH 60R Magnetic Door Holder
Magnetic door holders prevent the unintended opening of doors by resisting force up to a certain level. Commonly used on doors leading to fire escapes, these products are widely preferred due to their low cost and durability. The magnetic door holder consists of two main parts. When low-voltage electricity is applied, these parts attract each other. One part is mounted on the door frame or wall, while the other is on the door itself. While electricity is supplied, the door cannot be opened due to magnetic force. In case of a fire, earthquake, or power outage, the electric current is cut, causing the magnetic attraction to release, allowing the door to open.
