User data can be managed easily through TCP/IP connection, and all 200,000 log records can be retrieved via USB. The device communicates directly with the software via TCP/IP, allowing access to all log data, entry-exit records, user-based authorizations, and detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Its built-in buzzer provides audio feedback for each action. With the bell feature, it can trigger a connected bell at scheduled break times. The I CLOCK 580 offers high-speed performance and features a 3-inch TFT color display. When a card is scanned, the card ID and, if registered, the user's name are displayed.
