CMR 1000 smart lock is compatible with all types of video intercom and audio systems, and can be mounted on apartment or office doors. With its motorized mechanism and dual-side reader (front and rear), it offers ease of use by enabling the door to be opened both from inside the apartment and from outside. An additional opening option is available via the integrated button. An LED indicator on the reader shows that the system is operating continuously.

Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the CMR 1000 smart lock features a steel casing. With its dual readers, button, and knob mechanism, it allows for convenient bi-directional access and is a user-friendly product. Thanks to the built-in radar sensor, the lock detects motion when exiting through the apartment door and triggers the door to open automatically. When a call button is pressed from the apartment, the door will lock again after a defined delay, which is adjustable. In case of a power outage, operation continues via an optional battery-backed power supply.

The CMR 1000 smart lock supports up to 1000 users. Operating at 12 VDC, its robust design ensures durability and requires no additional maintenance.
