BG 2000 is a highway, bridge, and parking barrier engineered for a high-level user experience. Designed with a high-tech infrastructure, the BG 2000 series features a boom that can be shortened on site by cutting, up to a maximum length of 3 m. Built-in LED indicators on the housing display the boom position. The unit uses a brushless DC motor and carries an IP54 rating for protection against dust, water splashes, and rain.

BG 2000 operates via dry-contact (pulse) input and can interface with external devices such as HGS (RFID toll) readers, license-plate recognition systems, and card readers. Its appearance and construction reflect extensive market and industry feedback. Thanks to its ergonomic boom, the BG 2000 opens in approximately 0.4 seconds (40 centiseconds); this time can be extended up to 3 seconds if desired. It is ideal for speed-critical locations such as highways and bridges.
