The use of magnetic door holders prevents the doors from opening and opening up to a certain force. Magnetic door holding products, which are more common in doors opening to fire escapes, are preferred because they are low cost and durable products. As a principle of operation, the magnetic door holder consisting of two compartments ensures that the two compartments attract each other thanks to the low voltage electricity supplied. It is not possible to open the door during the electric current, since one of the sections that attract each other is on the door jamb or on the wall and the other on the door. When the moment of fire, earthquake or electricity is gone, the sections cannot attract each other and the door opens because the electric current is cut off.
